New Beverage Program at Los Balcones in Hollywood

Black LAB took the reigns on the front of house operations for Los Balcones Peruvian restaurant in Hollywood.   The project officially began the first of the year and since then, Black LAB has overhauled the entire program and Heather personally designed the wine list.

Black LAB oversaw all front of house renovations including food and beverage menus, bar set up, design and efficiently. BLV hired and trained all the bartender, servers and buses, created the schedule and devised marketing and promotional strategies.
